Cancellations

If your travel plans change, you can cancel your booking free of charge up to 3 weeks before arrival. Please let us know about your cancellation in writing.

For cancellations made less than 3 weeks before arrival, we charge 90% of the accommodation price unless we are able to rebook the room for the reserved period.

If your stay is shortened at short notice, for example due to a later arrival or earlier departure, we kindly ask for your understanding that the unused nights will be charged in full.
